Firstly Lisa's space is a wonderful oasis of calm and comfort.
She makes me feel much calmer, she listens intently to what I have to say and then highlights the patterns of behaviour that are not serving me, that are causing stress and/or anxiety. She then talks for half an hour whilst I relax in the comfiest reclining sofa and this is how I learn to let go and completely relax, so much so I have nodded off a couple of times.
She records these sessions on my phone so I can listen to it each day. The result is that she is reaching my subconscious and by doing so can help break these negative patterns of behaviour that I can control.
I definitely feel calmer and more in control and I am learning to let go of the negative thoughts or at least dial my response down to them.
I highly recommend Lisa to anyone who feels a bit overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, powerless, low self esteem, low confidence, anger issues etc.
